Inspired by a man who loved pizza and pasta more than any other, Pavarotti’s Italian Restaurant is reimagined for a present day Australian City created by Executive chef Rossano Tantulli and restauranteur Gianni Greghini. Rossano’s thoughtful Italian cuisine blends his passion for the Tuscan food tradition, classic favourites and modern flare to bring some of the tastiest Italian food around.
At the Pavarotti’s Italian we strive for culinary excellence by paying close attention to the source and quality of our ingredients. We create a dining experience like no other by using in-season, locally-grown ingredients as well as the best possible ingredients from Italy.
